Remy Coste & Aurelie Delattre
Coste Racedog is a race team with Remy and Aurelie ;
Remy has started mushing racing in 2012 with EuroHounds focusing mostly on Stage Stop Races. He was before that a « Meilleur Ouvrier de France » in bakery whitch is the highest reward a craftmen can get. He always focus 100% on improving and questioning himself. He loves training our dogs and focusing on their relation.
Aurelie, a veterinarian and musher, I have studied osteopathy for animals and work mostly with sport dogs. I have lived 8 years with Remy and we have been training and racing in europe and now in North America. I spend a lot of time to educate our dogs so we can achieve our goals and work with them in a calm evironment.
Together we won La Grande Odyssée (Open and Limited) 9 times, the NorwayTrail, IFSS world championship Mid distance (12 dogs and 6 dogs), IFSS Europeen championship Mid distance and sprint (dryland 8 dogs). In 2023 we decided to go race in North America to learn more and to keep challenging ourselves. We won Wyoming Stage Stop Race, and took 2nd on Fur Rendez-vous and Open North American Championship. We also won several sprint races in Alaska.
SYMPOSIUM
Good to know/ getting around Sleddog Club Symposium & Trade Fair 2024
- October 4th to Otober 6th
- Location Aurora Kultur & Kongress, in the middle of Kiruna City Center, new town.
- Reception is open
- Friday 4th from 17:00-18:45
- Saturday 5th from 8:00-17:00
- Sunday 6th from 8.30 -15:00
- First checkpoint is Kiruna Sleddogclubs front desk. Register and get your name tag and program.
- There are two lines to the checkpoint, one for pre-registered and one for buying tickets.
- Second checkpoint is The Exhibition and Trade Fair
- Third checkpoint is the auditorium. Entrance is upstairs.
- Name tag is mandatory when attending the auditorium hall Nåjdens Sal.
- For last minute visitors is possible to attend individual lectures. Starting fee is 100 SEK and you pay at the door to the auditorium.
- Lectures start 9:00 both Saturday and Sunday.
- In the city center outside Aurora you will be able to find different places where you can get coffee, cookies and lighter meals.
- There are several restaurants close to Aurora Kultur & congress.
- Saturday night is Mushers Meeting with dinner at Restaurant Aurora Kiruna for those of you that have preregistered.
- Party starts at 19:00.
